Rumors of a Victorious reunion had the internet in a frenzy on Wednesday (April 24) as reports claimed that Nickelodeon confirmed a revival of the popular sitcom for 2025.

Can you believe it's been 14 years since Victorious first aired?! (14 years, 29 days to be exact.)
Why in the world did Victorious end?
When Victorious came to an end after 3 years in February 2013, million viewers tuned in to say goodbye to Cat Valentine (Ariana Grande), Beck Oliver (Avan Jogia), Trina Vega (Daniella Monet), Jade West (Elizabeth Gillies), Andre Harris (Leon Thomas III), Robbie Shapiro (Matt Bennett) and Tori Vega (Victoria Justice). And since then, they have been itching for a reunion.
Would a Victorious reunion disappoint people?
Victorious aired from 2010-2013 and is considered one of the most influential TV shows ever on pop culture. Although no original episodes have been shot since, it has remained a regular feature on many station's schedules. But Thomas said he's not sure if Victorious would work today. “I don't want to see old Andre Harris,” he told a journalist (Thomas turned 30 in August). “Everyone’s going to have different vision of what the character is like, so to have that materialize is going to disappoint most people,” he added.
Still hoping for a Victorious movie?
In a recent interview, Elizabeth Gillies said she can't imagine a Victorious reunion hitting the big screen. “I'd rather people go, ‘Oh, please! Please!’ than ‘I can't believe you did that. It was horrible.’”
Co-star Ariana Grande has also previously explained, “It would be terrible to do something and have it not be good,”. “It was so terrific ... If we did a Victorious movie and it sucked, then it would, you know, blemish it.”
On the subject of whether there could be a Victorious film, Avan Jogia stated : “I think it's a bit of a case of ‘the book is better than the movie’.”
What about a Victorious reboot?
Recasting Victorious for a modern reboot. Hollywood is known for remaking remakes of films or tv series and the studios might think it would be great to bring the story back with a new set of characters.
Be it in the form of a Victorious reunion, a Victorious movie, or a Victorious reboot, if you had to start filming today, who would you cast in what role?
