Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Lucy Li, 21, and her partner had split up. Is the American athlete really single again?

Li spotted alone
A fan spotted Lucy Li walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 18, 2024. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”
Is Lucy back on the market?
A rep for Lucy Li was not immediately available for comment.
Truth or rumor, when news that the athlete was splitting hit the internet Friday (April 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
