‘Graceland’ Reunion 2025 — Is It Happening?

Rumors of a Graceland reunion had the internet in a frenzy on Monday (April 22) as reports claimed that USA Network confirmed a revival of the popular sitcom for 2025.

Can you believe it's been 10 years since Graceland first aired?! (10 years, 10 months, 17 days to be exact.)

Why in the world did Graceland end?

When Graceland came to an end after 3 years in September 2015, million viewers tuned in to say goodbye to Mike Warren (Aaron Tveit), Paul Briggs / Odin Rossi (Daniel Sunjata), Johnny Tuturro (Manny Montana), Paige Arkin (Serinda Swan) and Catherine DeMarco (Vanessa Ferlito). And since then, they have been itching for a reunion.

Would a Graceland reunion disappoint people?

Graceland aired from 2013-2015 and is considered one of the most influential TV shows ever on pop culture. Although no original episodes have been shot since, it has remained a regular feature on many station's schedules. But Sunjata said he's not sure if Graceland would work today. “I don't want to see old Paul Briggs / Odin Rossi,” he told a journalist (Sunjata turned 52 in December). “Everyone’s going to have different vision of what the character is like, so to have that materialize is going to disappoint most people,” he added.

Still hoping for a Graceland movie?

In a recent interview, Brandon Jay McLaren (who played Dale Jakes) said he can't imagine a Graceland reunion hitting the big screen. “I'd rather people go, ‘Oh, please! Please!’ than ‘I can't believe you did that. It was horrible.’”

Co-star Daniel Sunjata has also previously explained, “It would be terrible to do something and have it not be good,”. “It was so terrific ... If we did a Graceland movie and it sucked, then it would, you know, blemish it.”

On the subject of whether there could be a Graceland film, Pedro Pascal stated : “I think it's a bit of a case of ‘the book is better than the movie’.”

What about a Graceland reboot?

Recasting Graceland for a modern reboot. Hollywood is known for remaking remakes of films or tv series and the studios might think it would be great to bring the story back with a new set of characters.
