In a recent interview, Victoria Tennant (who played Pamela Tudsbury) said she can't imagine a Winds of War reunion hitting the big screen. “I'd rather people go, ‘Oh, please! Please!’ than ‘I can't believe you did that. It was horrible.’”

Co-star Barry Bostwick (who played Lieutenant Carter “Lady” Aster in 1983) has also previously explained, “It would be terrible to do something and have it not be good,”. “It was so terrific ... If we did a Winds of War movie and it sucked, then it would, you know, blemish it.”
