Is the former French Minister of Justice officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Élisabeth Guigou, 77, and her partner had split up. Is the former French Minister of Justice really single again?

Guigou spotted alone

A fan spotted Élisabeth Guigou walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 24, 2024. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Élisabeth back on the market?

A rep for Élisabeth Guigou was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the politician was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 25), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
