It has been exactly one year since Aaron Carter died in Lancaster on November 5, 2022 at the age of 34. As a number of online tributes attest, he was one of the most acclaimed singers of his generation.

Born Aaron Charles Carter in Tampa on December 7, 1987, his career spanned an arc over many different eras and tastes in American history. Carter was not just a great singer, he was an icon, an all-around inspiration to everyone.
In 2001 he touched the hearts of millions with ‘That's How I Beat Shaq’. His legacy continues to grow as new generations of fans are discovering his unique musical heritage.
It's been one year since the tragic loss of Aaron Carter and his personality still resonate strongly within us all. Although Aaron Carter is no longer physically here, his presence is more powerful than ever. He left a void that has yet to be filled.
