Kiss ex-guitarist Ace Frehley died in Morristown on October 16, 2025 at the age of 74. As a number of online tributes attest, he was one of the most acclaimed guitarists of his generation.
Fans of Ace Frehley along with the rest of the music world have been remembering the iconic man he was.
Frehley, a cultural icon
Born Paul Daniel Frehley in New York on April 27, 1951, his career spanned an arc over many different eras and tastes in American history. Frehley was not just a great guitarist, he was an icon, an all-around inspiration to everyone.
His legacy will continue to grow as new generations of fans are discovering his unique musical heritage.
Although Ace Frehley is no longer physically here, his presence is more powerful than ever. He left a void that has yet to be filled.
