Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Aishwarya Rai, 52, and her partner had split up. Is Miss World 1994 really single again?

Rai spotted alone

A fan spotted Aishwarya Rai walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 22, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Aishwarya back on the market?

A rep for Aishwarya Rai was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the model was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 23), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
