Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Alex Morgan, 36, and her partner had split up. Is the winner of the FIFA Women's World Cup 2019 really single again?

Morgan spotted alone

A fan spotted Alex Morgan walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 8, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Alex back on the market?

A rep for Alex Morgan was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the footballer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 9), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
