Is the 34-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Alexandra Shipp, 34, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in X-Men: Apocalypse, Straight Outta Compton or Aaliyah: The Princess of R&B really single again?

Shipp spotted alone

A fan spotted Alexandra Shipp walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of June 19, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Alexandra back on the market?

A rep for Alexandra Shipp was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (June 20), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
