Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Amii Stewart, 70, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her hit song Knock on Wood really single again?

Stewart spotted alone

A fan spotted Amii Stewart walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 13, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Amii back on the market?

A rep for Amii Stewart was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Saturday (March 14), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
