Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Ana Brenda Contreras, 39, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her roles in La que no podía amar, Teresa or Sortilegio really single again?

Brenda spotted alone

A fan spotted Ana Brenda Contreras walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 24, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Ana back on the market?

A rep for Ana Brenda Contreras was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Sunday (October 25), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
