Break-Up Rumors, Is Angélique Kidjo Single Again?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Angélique Kidjo, 65, and her partner had split up. Is the winner of Grammy Award 2023 really single again?

Kidjo spotted alone

A fan spotted Angélique Kidjo walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 18, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Angélique back on the market?

A rep for Angélique Kidjo was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (March 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
