Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Ashley Judd, 58, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Kiss the Girls or Ruby in Paradise really single again?

Judd spotted alone

A fan spotted Ashley Judd walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of July 15, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Ashley back on the market?

A rep for Ashley Judd was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Michael English, Lyle Lovett, Josh Charles, Matthew McConaughey or Michael Bolton - was splitting hit the internet Thursday (July 16), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
