Is the 48-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Brooke Mueller, 48, and her partner had split up. Is the American actress really single again?

Mueller spotted alone

A fan spotted Brooke Mueller walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 4, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Brooke back on the market?

A rep for Brooke Mueller was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Charlie Sheen - was splitting hit the internet Monday (January 5), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
