Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Callie Thorne, 56, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Necessary Roughness or Rescue Me really single again?

Thorne spotted alone

A fan spotted Callie Thorne walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 29, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Callie back on the market?

A rep for Callie Thorne was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (December 30), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
