Is the 74-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Catherine Hicks, 74, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in 7th Heaven or Child's Play really single again?

Hicks spotted alone

A fan spotted Catherine Hicks walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 23, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Catherine back on the market?

A rep for Catherine Hicks was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Friday (April 24), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
