Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Chappell Roan, 28, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her hit Good Luck Babe or The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, her album Good Luck Babe or The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess really single again?

Roan spotted alone

A fan spotted Chappell Roan walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Chappell back on the market?

A rep for Chappell Roan was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Saturday (October 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
