Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Charli XCX, 34, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her album Brat or Boom Clap, her hit Brat or Boom Clap really single again?

XCX spotted alone

A fan spotted Charli XCX walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 28, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Charli back on the market?

A rep for Charli XCX was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (October 29), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
