Is the 51-year-old comedienne officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Chelsea Handler, 51, and her partner had split up. Is the former host of ‘Chelsea Lately’ really single again?

Handler spotted alone

A fan spotted Chelsea Handler walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of May 18, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Chelsea back on the market?

A rep for Chelsea Handler was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the comedienne - known for having been romantically involved with 50 Cent - was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (May 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
