Is the 54-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Chiara Mastroianni, 54, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in A Christmas Tale or My Favorite Season really single again?

Mastroianni spotted alone

A fan spotted Chiara Mastroianni walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of September 11, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Chiara back on the market?

A rep for Chiara Mastroianni was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress - known for having been romantically involved with Benjamin Biolay or Benicio del Toro - was splitting hit the internet Saturday (September 12), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
