Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Christina Koch, 47, and her partner had split up. Is the American astronaut really single again?

Koch spotted alone

A fan spotted Christina Koch walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 13, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Christina back on the market?

A rep for Christina Koch was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the astronaut was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (April 14), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
