Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Coco Gauff, 22, and her partner had split up. Is the American tennis player really single again?

Gauff spotted alone

A fan spotted Coco Gauff walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 18, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Coco back on the market?

A rep for Coco Gauff was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the tennis player was splitting hit the internet Thursday (March 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
