Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Diana Ross, 82, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like Endless Love or Upside Down really single again?

Ross spotted alone

A fan spotted Diana Ross walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 25, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Diana back on the market?

A rep for Diana Ross was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer - known for having been romantically involved with Gene Simmons or Richard Gere - was splitting hit the internet Monday (October 26), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
