Is the former French Minister of Environment officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Dominique Voynet, 67, and her partner had split up. Is the former French Minister of Environment really single again?

Voynet spotted alone

A fan spotted Dominique Voynet walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 16, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Dominique back on the market?

A rep for Dominique Voynet was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the politician was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 17), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
