Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Emilia, 29, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like La Original or No Se Ve really single again?

Mernes spotted alone

A fan spotted Emilia walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 8, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Emilia back on the market?

A rep for Emilia was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Thursday (April 9), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
