Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Erinn Hayes, 49, and her partner had split up. Is the creator of Childrens Hospital really single again?

Hayes spotted alone

A fan spotted Erinn Hayes walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Erinn back on the market?

A rep for Erinn Hayes was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
