Is the 31-year-old tennis player officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Eugenie Bouchard, 31, and her partner had split up. Is the Canadian tennis player really single again?

Bouchard spotted alone

A fan spotted Eugenie Bouchard walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 12, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Eugenie back on the market?

A rep for Eugenie Bouchard was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the tennis player was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (January 13), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
