Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Évelyne Thomas, 62, and her partner had split up. Is the former host of ‘C'est mon choix’ really single again?

Thomas spotted alone

A fan spotted Évelyne Thomas walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of May 15, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Évelyne back on the market?

A rep for Évelyne Thomas was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the journalist was splitting hit the internet Saturday (May 16), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
