Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Faith Kipyegon, 32, and her partner had split up. Is the Kenyan athlete really single again?

Kipyegon spotted alone

A fan spotted Faith Kipyegon walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 11, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Faith back on the market?

A rep for Faith Kipyegon was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the athlete was splitting hit the internet Sunday (April 12), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
