Is the 38-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Génesis Rodríguez, 38, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in The Last Stand, Casa de Mi Padre or Man on a Ledge really single again?

Rodríguez spotted alone

A fan spotted Génesis Rodríguez walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 6, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Génesis back on the market?

A rep for Génesis Rodríguez was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (January 7), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
