Is the 23-year-old activist officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Greta Thunberg, 23, and her partner had split up. Is the Swedish activist really single again?

Thunberg spotted alone

A fan spotted Greta Thunberg walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of October 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Greta back on the market?

A rep for Greta Thunberg was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the activist was splitting hit the internet Saturday (October 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
