Is the 29-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Hailee Steinfeld, 29, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Ender's Game or True Grit really single again?

Steinfeld spotted alone

A fan spotted Hailee Steinfeld walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of April 5, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Hailee back on the market?

A rep for Hailee Steinfeld was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Monday (April 6), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
