Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Heidi Montag, 39, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Just Go with It or The Hills really single again?

Montag spotted alone

A fan spotted Heidi Montag walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 11, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Heidi back on the market?

A rep for Heidi Montag was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Monday (January 12), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
