Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Holly Madison, 46, and her partner had split up. Is the model best known for her roles in Holly's World or The Girls Next Door really single again?

Madison spotted alone

A fan spotted Holly Madison walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 16, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Holly back on the market?

A rep for Holly Madison was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the model - known for having been romantically involved with Benji Madden or Hugh Hefner - was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (March 17), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
