Infanta Elena spotted alone

A fan spotted Infanta Elena walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of February 23, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Elena back on the market?

A rep for Infanta Elena was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the princess - known for having been romantically involved with Jaime de Marichalar - was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (February 24), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
