Is the 74-year-old journalist officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Isabel Preysler, 74, and her partner had split up. Is the Filipino journalist really single again?

Preysler spotted alone

A fan spotted Isabel Preysler walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Isabel back on the market?

A rep for Isabel Preysler was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the journalist was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
