Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Janet Waldo, 108, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known as the voice of de Josie McCoy on the television series Josie and the Pussycats really single again?

Waldo spotted alone

A fan spotted Janet Waldo walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of August 26, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Janet back on the market?

A rep for Janet Waldo was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Thursday (August 27), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
