Is the 47-year-old singer officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jeanne Cherhal, 47, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for hit songs like Un couple normal or Douze fois par an really single again?

Cherhal spotted alone

A fan spotted Jeanne Cherhal walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 13, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jeanne back on the market?

A rep for Jeanne Cherhal was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (January 14), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
