Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jeanne Tripplehorn, 63, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Big Love, Basic Instinct or Criminal Minds really single again?

Tripplehorn spotted alone

A fan spotted Jeanne Tripplehorn walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of June 24, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jeanne back on the market?

A rep for Jeanne Tripplehorn was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Thursday (June 25), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
