Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jena Malone, 41, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in The Neon Demon, The Hunger Games Saga or Sucker Punch really single again?

Malone spotted alone

A fan spotted Jena Malone walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jena back on the market?

A rep for Jena Malone was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
