Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jenna Coleman, 40, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Doctor Who, Emmerdale or Victoria really single again?

Coleman spotted alone

A fan spotted Jenna Coleman walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of May 14, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jenna back on the market?

A rep for Jenna Coleman was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Friday (May 15), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
