Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jessica Grace Smith, 37, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena or Home and Away really single again?

Smith spotted alone

A fan spotted Jessica Grace Smith walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of January 9, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jessica Grace back on the market?

A rep for Jessica Grace Smith was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Saturday (January 10), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
