Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jessica Lucas, 40, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Gotham, Big Mommas: Like Father, Like Son or Melrose Place 2009 really single again?

Lucas spotted alone

A fan spotted Jessica Lucas walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of June 23, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jessica back on the market?

A rep for Jessica Lucas was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Wednesday (June 24), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
