Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Joy Villa, 34, and her partner had split up. Is the singer best known for her hit song I Make the Static really single again?

Villa spotted alone

A fan spotted Joy Villa walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 14, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Joy back on the market?

A rep for Joy Villa was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the singer was splitting hit the internet Sunday (March 15), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
