Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Julie Chen, 55, and her partner had split up. Is the host of ‘The Talk’ really single again?

Chen spotted alone

A fan spotted Julie Chen walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 12, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Julie back on the market?

A rep for Julie Chen was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the television host was splitting hit the internet Saturday (December 13), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
