Is the 38-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Jurnee Smollett, 38, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her role in Temptation: Confessions of a Marriage Counselor really single again?

Smollett spotted alone

A fan spotted Jurnee Smollett walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 30, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Jurnee back on the market?

A rep for Jurnee Smollett was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Monday (March 31), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
