Le Marchand created a stir on Friday when rumors have surfaced that her career was over.

Sad news for Le Marchand fans. Speculation had been rife that the French television host best known for her show L'amour est dans le pré on M6, is about to announce her retirement from television, at age 57, with immediate effect.

Other reports hinted that she may branch out into other creative fields she is better at (and more interested in), though they didn't provide any details.
