Break-Up Rumors, Is Katalin Karikó Single Again?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Katalin Karikó, 71, and her partner had split up. Is Nobel medicine prize 2023 really single again?

Karikó spotted alone

A fan spotted Katalin Karikó walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of March 18, 2026. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Katalin back on the market?

A rep for Katalin Karikó was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the scientist was splitting hit the internet Thursday (March 19), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
