Is the 52-year-old actress officially back on the market?

Are celebrities more likely to divorce or break up? Earlier this week news reports surfaced that Kate Beckinsale, 52, and her partner had split up. Is the actress best known for her roles in Total Recall, Underworld: Awakening or Pearl Harbor really single again?

Beckinsale spotted alone

A fan spotted Kate Beckinsale walking alone, probably coming back from picking up her mail at the end of her several mile long driveway, on the afternoon of December 15, 2025. Was she all alone? “Definitely yes,” says the fan, adding that “She was wearing a large sweater and looked really cute!”

Is Kate back on the market?

A rep for Kate Beckinsale was not immediately available for comment.

Truth or rumor, when news that the actress was splitting hit the internet Tuesday (December 16), Twitter immediately exploded with pithy commentary. It seems everyone had an opinion on the matter:
